If products are faulty or damaged they can be returned, the postage fee of this will be provided. However change of mind returns will have to be posted back on your own expense. All returns will need to be discussed with the owner before posting.

Processing times are 3-5 days depending on the quantity and products.

Shipping takes up to a week on domestic orders. AusPost has had a delay in shipping times so some orders may take longer to arrive. Customers will receive a tracking number once shipped.
